What we collect
This site has no user accounts, no contact form and no booking or payment system, and it does not run advertising or analytics scripts. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to include in an email to the address on the contact page; we keep that email thread only as long as needed to respond to you.
Cookies
Lynqera does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. The sortable comparison table on the home page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
Fonts, photos and maps
Three things load from other companies, and each sends them your IP address and browser details. The site's typefaces come from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) every time a page opens. Hotel photos come from the Hotelbeds photo server (photos.hotelbeds.com) when a hotel is shown. The map on a hotel page is loaded from Google Maps only after you press “Load map”.
Server logs
Our hosting provider's server logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time) for security and diagnostic purposes. This is standard infrastructure logging, not used for tracking or profiling visitors.
Third-party links
This site links out to resort operators, tourism boards, hotels and other reference sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.
Your rights
Under data protection law that applies to you, including the EU and UK GDPR where relevant and Ukrainian law, you can ask what personal information we hold about you (in practice, only email correspondence), ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request without unreasonable delay.
Transfers outside your country
The publisher is in Ukraine and the site is hosted by a standard hosting provider; Google and Hotelbeds operate internationally. Data reaching them through your browser is governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. If we ever add an analytics or advertising tag, this page will describe it first and the tag will load only after your consent.
